Jan Kreibaum

Jan has strong management experience gained through organizations that span three continents and across multiple cultures.
Before taking up the position in Clariant, Jan was CEO of Knauf Asia-Pacific, a leading international building materials company. Prior to that, Jan was Vice-President Performance Chemicals Asia-Pacific at BASF in Hong Kong. Jan has held various senior sales and business management positions at leading chemical companies including Ciba Specialty Chemicals.
As an advocate of green chemistry, Jan Kreibaum is fully committed to the future development of the chemical industry. In doing so, he has taken up several public positions, including the Vice Chairman of CPCIF MNC
Executive Board, Chairman of EUCCC Petrochemicals, Chemicals and
Refining (PCR) Group and Board Member of AICM.
His dedication to social responsibilities has won him the recognition of 2017 Top Ten Leading Talents of ChangNing District and 2017 Shanghai "Magnolia Gold Award".
