Zhao Jungui

Vice Chairman & Secretary General¸ China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (CPCIF)

Mr. Zhao Jungui was born in 1965. He graduated from Nankai University in 1987 with a bachelor’s degree in law. He had worked in the former Ministry of Chemical Industry as deputy division chief of the Policy & Regulation Dep’t; then in the former State Administration of Petroleum and Chemical Industry as deputy division chief of the Enterprise & Organizations Reform Dep’t, and division chief in the Administrative Office. Since 2002, he has worked in the Central Government’s Liaison Office in Macau as division chief in the Administrative Office and as deputy director of the public communication and culture dep’t. Since 2007, Mr. Zhao has been with China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association as secretary general and vice chairman.
