Vincent Baril

   General Manager Sustainability Chemicals and Shell France Chairma

Vincent Baril, a Frenchman, is a chemical engineer by education. He studied in France where he graduated -Master and post-Master- from the Ecole des Mines and the Institut Francais du Petrole. Vincent has worked for 28 years in Shell, mainly in the Chemicals business with roles in Manufacturing, Projects and Sales and assignments in France, the UK, The Netherlands, Singapore and Australia. Vincent is also experienced in the Contracting and Procurement area where he was successively General Manager Contracting and Procurement for the Lubricant and the Gas businesses. During his international career, Vincent spend 10 years in Asia. Today General Manager Sustainability Chemicals, Vincent Reports directly to the Executive Vice President Chemicals. Since January 2017, Vincent has also been appointed Chairman for the Shell Company in France.
