Executive Vice President, Hubei China Carbon Emissions Exchange 

Zhang Gao, male, born in May 1981, Hubei Wuhan; member of the Communist Party of China, Science Master of Wuhan University, the current Hubei China Carbon Emissions Exchange executive vice president, director of Wuhan carbon emission reduction association, graduated student advisor of Hubei Economics University 
     Zhang Gao has responsibility of Hubei Province carbon emissions trading system development, policy research, product design etc. Under his management, Hubei China Carbon Emissions Exchange carry out the country's first carbon emissions pledge loan business (the current total amount of pledged has reached 540 million yuan). At present, Hubei has basically became a national carbon trading center, carbon finance center.
      Zhang Gao engaged in greenhouse gas measurement, emission reduction, transaction research and practice. He participates in the Hubei carbon emissions trading pilot System design work, including management practices, MRV guidelines, trading rules and cancellation rules, etc. He participated in the forestry carbon sinks in Hubei Province and rural household biogas CCER project development work.
