Mr. Lu is Vice General Manager of Dupont Sustainable Solutions, Greater China. He is responsible for Digital Operations Transformation solutions, with the mission of helping industrial clients innovate and transform their operations leveraging leading-edge digital technologies so as to achieve safe, high performance and sustainable operation. 
Mr. Lu has more than 20 years management and IT consulting experience, mainly serving large enterprises in Oil & Gas, Chemicals and Utilities sectors in the areas of operations transformation, management improvement, digital and IT planning and implementation. He as project leader has successfully led many significant transformation programs for large enterprises, covering various themes including Industrial IoT, Smart Plant, Operational Excellence, Digital Transformation, ERP, SCM, CRM. He has extensive experience in helping industrial enterprises promote and advance digital transformation, integration of informatization and industrialization and intelligent manufacturing.
