Mr. Jiang has long been engaged in studying policy and development strategy of Petroleum and Gas Industry of China. In recent years, He presided and participated in significant research projects including: the Strategy of Oil and Gas Resource Sustainable Development of China, the Research on the Strategy and Policy of China Major Oilfield Development, the Research on the Strategy of CNPC international management, and the Research on the Strategy of CNPC Gas Sustainable Development.
