Chen Xinmin, Professor of Engineering, currently positioned as general manager of innovation management department，Sinochem Chemicals Segment, deputy director，the departmental committee of fine chemical industry under CIESE, member of Rubber Institute under CIESE, evaluation expert of National Science and Technology Award, and patent evaluation expert of National Intellectual Property Administration ,PRC. Mr. Chen has long been engaged in the R&D and industrialization of fine chemicals, new materials and other technologies, host and participated in more than 100 scientific research projects, won two Second Class Prizes of The National Scientific and Technological Progress Award, obtained five provincial and ministerial level Awards from Sinochem Group and China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. Mr. Chen has applied for 120 domestic and foreign patents, has been authorized 61 invention patents, 3 PCT patents, and has published 18 papers. Mr. Chen has Drafted 2 national standards and 8 industry standards.
