Mahari Tjahjadi Global Director, Market Development and Technical Support, SABIC Petrochemicals |
Mahari Tjahjadi is Global Director of Market Development and Technical Support (MDTS) for SABIC Petrochemicals. MDTS activities cover broad range of industries, from Packaging to Consumer, Appliance, B&C, E&E, Healthcare, etc., and broad range of resins ranging from PE to PP, Engineering Thermoplastics to Elastomer. Prior to this, he held various roles in Technology and Manufacturing in SABIC and GE Plastics, ranging from monomer and resin productions to compounded products, to film & sheet, and industrial applications.
Mahari, born in Indonesia, attended the University of Notre Dame, Indiana, and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst (PhD Chemical Engineering). Mahari holds numerous U.S. patents and publications, and is engaged in various external technology & community activities. He and his wife are currently residing in Shanghai. |
