Xuelin Liu

Director of Legal and Public Affairs, Wacker Greater China

Dr. LIU is currently the Director of Legal and Public Affairs in Wacker Greater China.
She joined Wacker Germany in 2005 and later on moved to Shanghai Office as Great China Legal Affairs Manager July 2006. Her job scope has been covered Public Affairs and Government Communication in this region since September 2011. In 2015, she started to be in charge of the market communication and corporate brand promotion functions too.
Dr. LIU initially received her bachelor degree of law in China and became a Certified Chinese Attorney. 
She went to Germany in 2000 and obtained her LL.M. and LLD degree in German law five years later.
