Graduated from Beijing University of Chemical Technology, polymer science and engineering. Gained MBA from China-Europe International Business School. Many years working in Emerson Automation Platform, Wei took different positions in Marketing, Operation, Product Management, Southeast Asia Business Leader, etc. He had been one of the drafter for China National standard, and had promoted flow measurement and calibration technology in China, develop local products. Now he works as head of marketing in Draeger Safety Equipment (China) Company Limited, and is responsible for marketing and business development, promoting best safety practices, digital safety solution and safety training.
