Jill is a Financial Advisory Partner in Deloitte Beijing and she specializes in Transaction Services practice. 
Jill now leads Deloitte Financial Advisory Oil, Gas and Chemical Sector practice and is also the Financial Advisory Energy and Resources Industry leader. Jill has more than 22 years of professional work experience with the majority of her time working on M&A transactions. She has extensive experience in assisting clients to complete M&A transactions by performing financial due diligence, project management, and assistance with structuring and transitional issues, financial modelling, and purchase price adjustment advice. 
Jill is also an advocate of Deloitte China's climate change and sustainable development business group, providing clients with professional services related to investment, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring in the fields of energy transformation, new energy and renewable energy, including assisting enterprises to balance financial investment with industrial development, helping cross-border cooperation among various enterprises in the field of energy transformation and carbon emission, helping to explore domestic and overseas high-quality M&A targets and advanced technologies, and promoting cooperation between Chinese and foreign capital. Assist enterprises and organizations in portfolio optimization, including disposal of high-emission and non-performing assets, and give full play to their business expertise to help China move towards the goal of peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality with practical actions.
