Ming CHEN , from Ningbo, Zhejiang, was born in April 1981, received Ph.D of production engineering from Japan, granted the High-level overseas Talents of Zhejiang Province and the High-level Imported talents of Ningbo city. He was engaged in research and consulting work in the fields of circular economy, low-carbon economy and intelligent algorithm in Ashikaga Institute of Technology(Japan), Zhejiang University of Technology and Ningbo City. Since joining Ningbo "DaBaShou Recycling" in 2020, he has started to carry out resource recycling, plastic recycling, and the application and implementation management of Ningbo’s World Bank projects.
