Fu Xiangsheng

Vice Chairman of China Petroleum and Chemical
Industry Federation

Mr. Fu Xiangsheng professional titled of Senior Engineer was born in Shandong, and currently serves as the vice chairman of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. He graduated from Department of Chemical Engineering, Shandong Institute of Chemical Technology (today’s Qingdao University of Science and Technology). And got an on-job postgraduate degree from The Central Party School.
After graduated from the university, Fu Xiangsheng was assigned to Ministry of Chemical Industry at July 1983. 
After which his career paths from Engineer of science department in planning division, President of Research Institute of Science and Technology (at the level of Bureau-level Director) under Ministry of Chemical Industry. 
He then began to serve as the Deputy General Manager of China Haohua Chemical (Group) Co., Ltd., and then the Deputy Party Secretary of ChemChina. Since October 2015, he has been transferred to take another post of Vice Chairman of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. 
He is now also the Secretary General of Chemical Park Committee, and the consulting expert of economic operation for China petroleum and chemical industry. He has been published many articles in that area including a book Insights on The High-Quality Development of Petrochemical Industry.
