Li Bin

After graduated from Department of Chemical Engineering, Dalian University of Technology in January 1982, Mr. Li has served as the director of Chemical Engineering Research Office of Shenyang Chemical Research Institute, and become the President of Shenyang Institute at 2004. He then entered the Party committee of Sinochem Group and served as deputy general manager of the group since 2007 until his retirement at 2018. 
He is now the vice chairman of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. He has also held social posts, including Chairman of Liaoning Fine Chemical Industry Association, Vice President of China Pesticide Industry Association, Vice President of China Chemical Industry Association, and Vice President of China Chemical Society. From the 6th Five-Year Plan to the 13th Five-Year Plan that he has participated in, Mr. Li was responsible for and led a number of national major scientific and technological research projects along with their commercialization projects. He has rich experience in scientific and technological development and management and won a number of national awards, he is also a special subsidy recipient of the State Council.
