ICIS EU Carbon and Power Markets Analyst

Lewis is an Analyst in the European Carbon Analytics Team at ICIS. He is an expert on EU ETS and UK ETS legislation and market design. He regularly advices ICIS clients including ETS compliance players, the financial sector and regulators. Further, Lewis is responsible for ICIS weekly and monthly carbon commentary and covers key market developments on a regular basis.
Lewis joined the ICIS European Carbon Team in September 2021. Since then, he has established expertise on ETS fundamentals, the ‘Fit for 55’ package and the interaction of Carbon markets with the wider energy complex.
Lewis is an Economics graduate from the University of Durham (UK) and is based out of ICIS’ London office
