Mr.Xia Feng led NBO's R & D team to challenge foreign technological monopolies and pioneered a number of products in China. Achieving the transformation and upgrading of NBO and making a significant contribution to the strategic transformation of Ningbo into a "strong marine economy city". 
At the same time, Mr.Xia Feng has presided over many projects such as the "National Science and Technology Support Program", as well as possesses 21 valid patents, and 7 invention patents. Besides, he has participated in formulating 2 national (industry) standards and has won more than 10 provincial, ministerial, and Ningbo Science & Technology Progress Awards.
