Mr. Jacky Zhang is holding the position as Procurement APAC Coordinator in addition to the role as Hub Lead of TGS N/E APAC in Group Procurement. His area of responsibility includes the sourcing of Technical Goods and Technical Services across the north/east APAC region, and coordinating the procurement community/functions for all procurement categories in APAC. 
Jacky studied material science at Tianjin university and graduated with a Bachler degree. 
In 2006, Jacky joined Bayer Technology Services in Shanghai as business manager; in early 2012, he was appointed as project manager in polycarbonates division of Bayer MaterialScience, the predecessor organization of Covestro, focusing on investment master planning and production reliability in the headquarter office in Shanghai. In 2014, he transferred to the production site in Caojing to lead the team for site services procurement. In 2017, he is acting as the head of Site Procurement in Caojing and appointed as Procurement APAC coordinator since 2019.
