Clement Lix joined Air Liquide R&D in 2011 to improve the core technologies of the production units .

In 2013, Clement joined i-Lab, the innovation lab of Air Liquide, to work on the Plant of the Future and participated to the creation of Air Liquide Digital teams.

In 2016, Clement joined the Southeast Asia cluster to create the Smart Innovative Operations Centre in Kuala Lumpur, remotely operating and optimizing the 30 plants in the 12 countries of the area. He managed the Centre of Excellence.

In 2020, Clement performed strategic studies in Air Liquide Head Office.

In 2021, Clement joined Air Liquide Greater China cluster as Energy Transition Director. He supervises the energy management activities and support new projects for a low carbon society.
