Carl Hua

Member of the Board, Executive Vice President,
Wanhua Chemical Group Co.,Ltd.

Dr Carl Hua, has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Zhejiang University. He is currently the member of the Board of Directors, and Executive VP of Wanhua Chemical Group Co., Ltd., the Director of Wanhua Central Research Institute. While working at Wanhua, he has taken charge of more than 20 projects for the National R&D Programs, International Science and Technology Cooperation Projects. He has taken the lead in Wanhua’s MDI 
technology development, and also led a number of major technology achievements, such as ADI, PC,etc, He has submitted over several hundred patents in China and abroad, received first and second prize of National 
Science and Technology Progress Award, and many other rewards and honorary titles in chemical industry.
