A total 36 years’ working experience on petrochemical industry, 19 years and 17 years in Sinopec and BASF respectively and working experience in different positions, including chemical production operation and management, capital investment project feasibility study and evaluation, commercial procurement, site operation excellence and optimization, value chain improvement, photovoltaic / wind energy, and etc. I am also interested in the sustainable development of petrochemical industry. I hope to make my own contribution in promoting more responsible behavior towards the plastic waste, upgrading plastic waste recovery and recycling technology and implementation of more advanced projects in China.
