Welcome to the 17th China Petroleum and Chemical International Conference (CPCIC 2026)! The 17th CPCIC will be held in Zhanjiang from October 28-30, 2026.

CPCIC is an annual international event jointly created by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (CPCIF), provincial and municipal governments, and internationally renowned consulting institutions. It has become the most valuable, highest-level, and most influential annual international gathering for the petrochemical industry in China. Since its first edition in 2010, CPCIC has undergone sixteen years of development and gradually established its positioning of “foresight, leadership, insight, and high-level”, its pillars of “market, strategy, innovation, and sustainable development”, and its characteristics of “international reach, high-level engagement, and industry influence”. The conference aims to objectively analyze the current status and challenges facing the petrochemical industry in China and around the world, while helping enterprises identify development opportunities and future directions.

This year’s conference, themed "Pioneer the Global Synergy", will bring together global petrochemical leaders, industry experts, and innovators to explore the critical challenges and opportunities shaping the future of the industry. The conference will focus on a wide range of critical topics, including reconstruction of global supply chain resilience, priorities for the petrochemical industry under the 15th Five-Year Plan, cross-border collaboration on green technologies, research and development of new energy-related chemicals and advanced materials, development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and industrial chain collaboration, regional economic integration among RCEP members and ASEAN countries, evolving geopolitical landscapes and global energy transition, commodity trading and free trade zone development, sustainable transportation fuels, international alignment of carbon standards and China’s carbon market, hydrogen energy and low-carbon industrial parks, industrial AI applications, and the development and application of electronic chemicals. Government policymakers from China and abroad, strategic decision-makers from multinational corporations, and leading innovators from research institutions will come together for more than 30 in-depth dialogues.
